  2. great tips, very close to what we have implemented for our communities as well. We have found having leadership involvement and desigining purposeful activites centered around business challenges/priorities to be key. One area we have always struggled with is making this part of performance management. Can anyone provide some tactical examples of how you are doing this – what are the expections, measures, ramfications for not meeting, etc.
